Rentals in the Morris County area are abundant due to so many of the properties not being sold and the owners choosing
to rent them out. There are many fee's associated with a rental which many times add up to 1000's of dollars.

This last item tends to change accordingly to the market. When there are a lot of homes
for rent and few tenants, the owners are more likely to pay the Realtors fee. When there are more tenants than homes for rent,
